Get Clicky – Get Real Time Traffic Analytics

Recently I watched a video sales page where a presenter was promoting the Ultimate Income Booster software package. During the course of that video he called up a traffic analytics tool which displayed real time traffic to his website. When I first saw the video I thought the tool was part of the system he was selling. It was not. Get Clicky is an analytics tool that combined with the traditional Google Analytics can provide a much clearer picture of your web traffic.

While you can sign up for the basic features of Get Clicky for free, it soon became clear to me that I wanted more functionality, so I signed up for the $39 per year package. The “SPY” tool comes with that package and is especially useful including such data as what city and country your traffic is coming from, what browser was used to find you, and the exact time down to the second that the visitor was there.

The tool displays a world map and places dots on the locations of each visitor. Because the information is being generated in real time you can literally see the data change before your eyes. If you kick out a new article, blog post, or Facebook invite, or Twitter invite, you can watch the traffic spike as it happens.

This tool is extremely valuable for evaluating different types of campaigns and conversion rates.

As with Google Analytics you can track multiple websites. You can also set up a feedburner RSS for each website within Get Clicky so that you can see how visitors are interacting with your website’s content and which blogs are drawing the most attention. This saves you the time of having to go out to your feedburner site to measure your results.

At this point there is really more functionality with Get Clicky than I have had a chance to explore. What I do know is the functionality I know of already is worth the annual price ticket to me.
